Through our home delivery program Lincoln County Council on Aging (LCCOA) provides nutritious meals to senior adults and adults with disabilities throughout the Lincoln County area. LCCOA also serves food to the general public Monday through Friday at our Community Center located in Troy, Missouri. Meals are provided in part through donations from those served, local businesses and individuals throughout the region.

Our Mission is to enrich the quality of life and support independence and vitality for senior adults and the community at large.

LCCOA is a 501 c3 organization and was founded in 1978.
